1. SECURE ONLINE CHECKOUT & PAYMENT

The Cheekie Chef uses secure online checkout for all orders.

All customers must pay online at checkout to complete their order.

We do not accept bank transfers or cash payments unless explicitly stated for a special promotion or event.

Orders are not confirmed until payment is successfully processed.

If payment fails or is incomplete, the order will not be held.
2. ORDERS & CONFIRMATION

All orders must be placed through our secure checkout system.

Orders are only confirmed once payment is received and processed.

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion.
3. MEAL PREP SIGN-UP DEADLINES

Meal Prep sign-ups close every Friday at 5:00 PM.

Menus are released every Tuesday.

Any orders placed after the cut-off will be moved to the next available week (if applicable).
4. CHANGES TO ORDERS
If you need to make changes to your meal prep order after submitting, please contact us as soon as possible.
✅ Important: Any changes requested after ordering may result in an additional fee of $25 due to grocery purchasing and prep planning.
5. NO REFUNDS / NO RETURNS
Due to the nature of our products (fresh prepared food), ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for:

Changed minds

Taste preferences
-
Missed pickups/deliveries
-
Failure to follow storage/reheating instructions

Incorrect addresses provided by the customer
6. ALLERGENS & FOOD SAFETY
Our meals may contain or come into contact with common allergens including but not limited to:
dairy, eggs, wheat, soy, peanuts, tree nuts, shellfish, and fish.
By ordering from The Cheekie Chef, you acknowledge:

7. PICKUP & DELIVERY
Pickup

Customers are responsible for picking up meals during the scheduled pickup window.

Orders not collected may be forfeited without refund.
Delivery

Delivery details must be accurate and complete.

The Cheekie Chef is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect information provided by the customer.

If meals are delivered, customers should refrigerate them immediately upon receiving.
8. EQUIPMENT USED FOR SETUPS (CATERING & EVENTS)
For catering orders, events, and setups, The Cheekie Chef may provide equipment including but not limited to:

chafing dishes & fuel
-
serving utensils
-
trays & risers
-
warmers
-
display items
-
coolers/ice bins (if needed)
All equipment remains the property of The Cheekie Chef and must be handled with care.
Customers are responsible for:

ensuring equipment is kept safe during the service period
-
preventing damage, loss, theft, or misuse
-
returning borrowed items (if applicable) in the condition they were provided
If any equipment is lost, stolen, damaged, or not returned, the customer may be charged a replacement fee.
9. STORAGE & REHEATING
For best quality and safety:

Refrigerate meals immediately

Consume within recommended timeframes

Reheat thoroughly before eating
The Cheekie Chef is not responsible for food quality or safety issues caused by improper storage or reheating.
10. SUBSTITUTIONS & AVAILABILITY
We do our best to follow menus exactly. However, we reserve the right to make substitutions when necessary due to:

Any substitutions will be of equal or greater value whenever possible.
11. NUTRITION & MACROS DISCLAIMER
Any nutrition or macro information provided is an estimate and may vary based on:

12. CHARGEBACKS & PAYMENT DISPUTES
Customers agree to contact us first to resolve any issues before filing a payment dispute or chargeback.
Fraudulent chargebacks or disputes may result in:

collection efforts or legal action where applicable
13. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All website content, meal names, branding, menu designs, graphics, and written materials are the property of The Cheekie Chef and may not be copied, reproduced, or redistributed without permission.
